One interesting way of becoming a teacher is that you'll get to expose the artistic side ofnyou, by making artistic instructional materials that get attention of the learners, so last Saturday, our class made flaschcards to be used during demo so here's what I creadted....

Freedom of Expression and Censorship: Self Expression a Freedom and a Responsibility

The world is small, indeed it is, and it became even smaller after the invention of the internet. It connected people from different places, it turned things possible from what people think a dream. It establishes friendship of different people coming from different places (in fact I have a friend that I only knew in social media called Twitter and we become best friend until now, well it's nice to have somebody whom you can call a friend from a place as far as Alabama). It creates relationship perhaps, a romantic one, people's choice of a partner in life is not only limited in his country but it become global. Internet, did not only reach different places but also as a really powerful tool touched as well the inner depths of human emotions and imaginations and all of these become concrete with the rise of social media and published through internet. Yes, self expression has become easier. People are bold enough to go out from their shells.

To date, the effects of social media are obvious and are taking huge part in the lives of the people, before people barely new each other, what they are as family or who she is as a woman or as a teacher, who he is as a father or as a physician can be somehow readable through their posts on social media. Men, women, teenagers or whatever status people have in the society now unveil themselves on these social media, they become the people's outlets of their hearts. Well I think because it's nice to have something especially in this chaotic world to ask about your mind because yeah, at the end of the day people become exhausted and it's comforting that they have some ways to unload themselves with the hope that somebody would listen, one could send a message and one could be understood.

But of course, whatever freedom you enjoy entails responsibility. There is a limitation to everything, Internet, social media though free but needs moderation. Of course, you cannot express whatever you want to say or want to see, though you own the account, because once you opted to publicized it, other people become curious, and you put malice on their minds, in your indirect ways you'd destroy their peace of mind, and you cannot stop what people say or think about you once you chose things to go on public. It's sad to think that social media's purpose which is to connect people has failed, because it has become a boxing ring of people's idea and harsh opinion. It's sad that it's use by others to hurt others feelings. Defamed other people, break other people into pieces to the point that they feel bad of themselves.

Let's be responsible enough to use the internet. let's use it to build one another and use it to save our deteriorating humanity. With the internet let's each other become an instrument to contribute to the world to make it a safer and better place.
